Terms and Conditions for Soluxe 9th Birthday Challenge
- The Soluxe Birthday Challenge is open to all participants who submit a video entry according to the guidelines outlined on the Soluxe 9th Birthday Page
- The challenge will run from 8 October 2024 to 6 November 2024. All entries must be submitted within this timeframe to qualify.
- To participate in the challenge, entrants must create and submit a video that meets the specified criteria outlined on the challenge page. Entries must be original and created specifically for this challenge.

For the winner selection:
• The winner of the protein chug challenge will be determined by the fastest time recorded while chugging the protein.
• The winner of the Cerayouth challenge will be selected through a voting process where participants can vote for their favorite entries. - By participating in the challenge, entrants grant Soluxe Nutrition the right to use and repost their submitted videos for promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Winners must respond to the notification within 5 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- Soluxe Nutrition reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
- Soluxe Nutrition reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice.
