If you already have some tahini laying around in the kitchen and have even tried our Garlic and Lemon Tahini Sauce, here’s a super easy and quick way to make hummus using our Soluxe Original Pea Protein. This recipe is delicious and you can conveniently whip some up at home within minutes for that perfect afternoon protein-packed snack.
We recommend using a blender/food processor, but hand whipped is fine too.
- 80ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 60ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 40ml Filtered water
- 250ml Garlic and Lemon Tahini Sauce
- 75g Soluxe Nutrition Original Pea Protein powder
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Olive oil for dressing
- Paprika for dressing
- Chopped parsley for dressing
- Pine nuts for dressing
1. Blend or whisk all ingredients (except the ones for dressing) together until it forms a smooth paste.
2. Serve hummus on a wide, shallow plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, chopped parsley and pine nuts. Serve immediately.
