Terms and Conditions for Soluxe Turns 11 Run

Birthday Run Tickets

  1. A ticket holds one place for one named person. Places are limited to fifty in total across all routes of entry.
  2. Public tickets are RM35, on general sale from 15 October 2026 until places run out. Some of our longest-standing customers get early access from 13 October. Everyone who comes on the day is handed a RM35 birthday voucherin their goodie bag, valid on any order of RM100 or more. So if you bought a ticket, your RM35 comes straight back to you.
  3. Tickets can be refunded in full up to 25 October 2026, seven days before the run. Just let us know. After that we've already committed your goodie bag and your food, so we're not able to refund; but you're very welcome to pass your place to someone else instead. Tell us the new runner's name by 29 October 2026 and we'll switch it over, no charge and no questions.If you simply don't come on the day and haven't told us, we're not able to refund the ticket.
  4. If weather or anything outside our control means we can't run the event, we'll tell you as early as we can and offer you either a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  5. Registration opens at 6:45am, we warm up from 7:05 and set off at 7:15. There's an hour on the loop and we're done by 9. This is a community run, not a race. There's no timing, no ranking and no minimum distance; you decide how far you go and how fast, and you're free to stop whenever you like.
  6. Please bring a water bottle. We'll refill it for you through the morning; we're not handing out cups. We ask everyone to take part in a way that feels right for their own health on the day, and to let a crew member know if something doesn't. There'll be a first-aider on site all morning. If you have anything you'd like us to be aware of, there's space on the sign-up form and it stays between us.
  7. We'll have a photographer and a videographer with us all morning, and everything they shoot may appear on our channels, in our emails and in our marketing. By joining the run you're happy for us to use photos and film you appear in.So come ready for it; you're going to look great, and eleven years is worth a good photo.
  8. Goodie bag contents vary between invited and public places and may change if something is unavailable. We'll always replace like with like or better.
  9. The RM35 voucher in your goodie bag is valid on any order of RM100 or more, can be used once, and is good until 31 December 2026. Each one carries its own code and is tied to the person it was handed to. It isn't exchangeable for cash. Lost it? Get in touch; we keep a record of which code went to whom.


October Seats

  1. Fifteen places at the Birthday Run, earned by shopping with us in October.
  2. Spend RM500 or more with Soluxe between 1 and 31 October 2026. It's cumulative across the month; every order counts toward the total, so you don't need to do it in one go. The total is calculated on what you pay after any birthday discount, and doesn't include shipping.
  3. Fifteen seats are set aside for this, and they go to the first fifteen customers to reach the total. We'll email you as soon as you qualify; you don't need to claim anything or tell us.
  4. These seats are for customers who don't already hold an invitation. If you've had a personal invite from us, your place is already reserved.
  5. If you return an order and it takes your October total back below the threshold, we'll be in touch about the seat before doing anything; we won't simply withdraw it.


The Virtual 11K

  1. Run 11KM your way between 15 October and 11 November, and we'll send you eleven back.
  2. Anyone in Malaysia or Singapore, aged 18 or over. You don't need to buy anything to join in.
  3. 11km or more, recorded on Strava, with activity dates falling between 15 October and 11 November 2026. One run or several; it adds up across the window, so walking it over a fortnight counts just as much as running it in one go.
  4. We use Strava only so there's one clear standard for everyone. Activities recorded anywhere else, or typed in by hand, unfortunately can't be counted.

  5. Four steps:

    • Record your run on Strava. Set the activity topublicand put#Soluxe11in the activity title.
    • Share a screenshot of it to your Instagram story, tagging@soluxewith #Soluxe11.
    • Save that story to a highlightso it stays on your profile; stories disappear after 24 hours and we need to be able to see it when we process your claim.
  6. Fill in the claim form with your name, email, phone number, your Strava activity link and the link to your story highlight.
  7. If your Instagram is private, DM us the screenshot instead and we'll take it from there.
  8. RM11 in Malaysia. SGD11 in Singapore. Eleven back for our eleventh birthday.There's no minimum spend; use it on anything, on any order, by itself or alongside a birthday discount.
  9. One voucher per person for the whole campaign, however many kilometres you run. Each voucher is issued against one email address and one phone number, and both need to be yours. A second claim on either won't go through.
  10. We're giving away 1,000 vouchers. They go in the order claims come in, and once they're gone the Virtual 11K stays open but we won't be able to issue any more. We'll post updates as the number comes down so you can see where it stands.
  11. Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026, can be used once, and aren't exchangeable for cash. They're yours to use, not to sell or pass on.
  12. We're trusting people on this one, and the only thing we ask is that the run is your own. If an activity looks like it belongs to someone else we may come back to you with a question before issuing the voucher, and we'd rather do that than assume the worst.
  13. By tagging us, you're happy for us to reshare your story on our own channels, with credit.


General Terms and Conditions

  1. We use the name, email and phone number you give us to run the event, issue vouchers and get in touch about this campaign. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
  2. If we need to change anything here we'll update this page and, where it affects you directly, tell you. We won't change the value of a voucher already issued or withdraw a place already confirmed.
