This is the best protein powder I've ever purchased... It taste good, tummy feel very good and it can last me at least 4 to 5 hours without feeling hungry.. Especially when I am busy with my work, drink this keep me energized without feeling hungry.. Super low calories.. Love it

Macros are quite good, but the taste is really bad. Like, I will drink it because its good for me, but I dread the experience and going through the process. It's almost as bad as getting a colonoscopy or having your wisdom tooth removed.
Incredibly smooth texture and it dissolved quite fast. i mixed it with milk and was surprised by the taste. Not grainy and no chemical after taste. And the best part it really helped with recovery the next morning. Good stuff.

Before they always send more samples over together with the products bought, recently the number of samples given reduced. Hope they can reinstate the same quantity of free samples so I can test out other products under the same company too. Thank you!
