How does protein help?

Once you are over 50, eating enough protein becomes really important. Protein helps your body repair itself, keeps your muscles strong, and makes sure you can keep doing your daily tasks without trouble.

Without enough protein, older adults can lose muscle quickly, feel weaker, and take longer to recover from sickness.

Getting enough protein can make a big difference. It helps keep energy levels up, strengthens bones, and supports a healthy immune system. This means fewer health problems as you age.

Whether it's through plant-based sources like pea, soy, and rice protein or other foods, making sure to eat enough protein helps maintain a good quality of life.

Customer photo review of Soluxe Recovery Run Ticket

Wonderful. Had a great experience running with everyone. Soluxe and Rehub PIC were very friendly and welcoming. They assisted and waited for us (slowest pace group) to finish the run.

Customer photo review of Soluxe Coffee Cacao Pea Protein Isolate

Can smell the coffee aroma, though not very strong, but with the cacao they enhance the overall taste of the pea protein and make it more yummy, love it👍

Customer photo review of Pea Protein Isolate - High Fibre (Salted Chocolate)

Good taste, easy to mix, and filling. I've been taking it after my workouts and it fits well into my daily routine. Overall, a quality protein product that I'd recommend.

Customer photo review of Soy Protein Isolate - Dark Chocolate

Best plant based protein from Soluxe. If you can take soy, do opt for this. Easy to use in many different ways. Pictured is a protein brownie I made with this protein powder. 80calories, 6g of protein. Admittedly plant protein has less protein than whey but at 18g/25grams of protein powder, it is reasonable.

Customer photo review of Soluxe Restore+ Mushroom Soup (Beta-Kit)

Earthy flavors and low sodium, making it a great choice for instant mushroom soups vs commercial brands. Filling enough as a snack, even as a quick meal with some bread as it's good protein count gives satiety.

Customer video review of [Sachet] Pea Protein Isolate - Premium Matcha

After tasting Soluxe Plant- Based Pea Protein, unflavoured, I find it has helped me to lessen the pain in my left kidney region trailing all the way to my shin of my left leg. As of 22 May, I suffered excruciating pain, and upon having an x-ray done - I was told it's stenosis of my spine. Yes, I appreciate having had Soluxe's Pea Protein and the the other with Matcha. Will definitely repeat order and try their other prody, too.

Customer photo review of Soy Protein Isolate - Original Unflavoured

Very pleasant pea fragrance. It’s an easy way to boost the protein content of meals that don’t provide enough protein on their own. I think it would also pair very well with certain desserts, such as tau fu fah. Love it!

Customer video review of Soluxe Restore+ Mushroom Soup (Beta-Kit)

Honestly wasn’t having high expectations for this, but WOW. This legit tastes like cream of mushroom and NOT mushroom-flavoured protein powder! Dissolves well in warm water with no powdery mouthfeel. The taste is umami and palatable. Very comforting and helped get me through post-tooth extraction recovery.

Customer video review of Pea Protein Isolate - High Fibre (Salted Chocolate)

Very special taste, it doesn't taste sweet at all as it is without any sugar, but u can smell the aroma of salted chocolate. I can't wait to try out their coffee taste and Match. Love this product very much. Im glad i found it.

Customer video review of Original Pea Protein Isolate - Unflavoured

I don't understand when some people said it taste awful. I think it tastes great. No sugar, not sweet at all, just natural taste, I love it. Will purchase again in future for other Match and Coffee flavours.

Customer photo review of Soluxe Restore+ Mushroom Soup (Beta-Kit)

Taste is okay…expected it to be heartier but I guess the added protein tones down the mushroom flavour. Had to add white and black pepper to enhance the bland taste. Only dissolves well in lukewarm water (40 degrees), so if you like your soup super-hot like me, just add 100ml lukewarm water to dissolve the powder first then top up with hot water. It did, however, help me relax and fall asleep much easier but I’ve only had it twice so far, so not sure if it was due to the soup or I was just super tired from the gym. One suggestion to make it more palatable is to perhaps add some freeze dried mushroom pieces in the packet to give the soup a bit of bite.

Customer photo review of Brown Rice Protein Isolate - Original Unflavoured (500g)

I was expecting full 100% brown rice protein? But it seem there is mixed of Pea protein as well, sad

Brown Rice Protein Isolate - Original Unflavoured (500g)

Store owner replied: Hello! The suggestion is for user to consider mixing, the product itself has ONLY brown rice protein isolate. :D Hope that clarifies.

FAQ

What is pea protein?

Pea protein is exactly what it sounds like — it's protein made from peas. It’s produced by grinding the peas into a powder and then removing the starch and fibre to leave a highly concentrated pea protein isolate. We also chose pea protein because it is among the most hypoallergenic of all protein powder — meaning it does not contain gluten, soy or dairy

What ingredients do you use?

All our ingredients are 100% clean and are naturally sourced. Our pea protein comes from a European supplier who delivers the best quality in the market. We also partner with artisanal brands to bring the best flavours, such as our Niko Neko Premium Matcha powder.

All of our protein powders contain under 100 calories per scoop, up to 21g of protein per scoop, and under 8g of total carbohydrates per scoop.

Can I consume your protein powders even when I'm not working out?

Yes, you can! Our products are not just for athletes and gym-goers. They're great for individuals who need that extra energy throughout the day, who want to up their protein intake, and for those who are always on the go and may not have time to consume meals.
