Best plant based protein from Soluxe. If you can take soy, do opt for this. Easy to use in many different ways. Pictured is a protein brownie I made with this protein powder. 80calories, 6g of protein. Admittedly plant protein has less protein than whey but at 18g/25grams of protein powder, it is reasonable.

I start drinking Soluxe protein couple of months ago after recommended from dr. Their powder texture is very solid, natural, rich in flavor and just everything perfect for me.
